R loved all school days, but especially Wednesdays when Ms. Michelle was the aid. Kindred spirits.
Owen's class sang some sweet songs for us in the sanctuary to wrap up the school year. Its hard for me to think about him not going back next year, although I know he has great things ahead of him in kindergarten - still, big change!
By this point in the afternoon - after extra sugar and the little program put on by the older kids, M was having a really really hard time so all we had time for at the picnic was a quick shot with our beloved Ms. Laurie with Owen. Probably for the best or there might have been tears and no one wants to see me cry while holding a 2 year old, 3 lunch boxes, 3 end-of-year-here-is-all-your-stuff bags and wrangling 2 other kids. I hope Ms. Laurie is one of those teachers we keep up with...
Truly a special place and a great year.
