It's hard to believe this blurry little minion of is FIVE. We were just saying the other day - when Owen was her age, he had two little sisters (3 an 1) - whao - we have come so far!!! Funny how our baby is still our baby when Owen at her age was "the big kid" - cue birth order soapbox!
We actually celebrated her 5th birthday a little early this year because we did a "minion" gymnastics party at WAYA and their only free Saturday was about two weeks early. But this girl has no sense of time, so it was perfect!
We had the two things every minion party needs:
A Grandma Minion! Grandminion!

And minion cupcakes (made w twinkies of course).
And some good ol' fun "gymnastics" time.

Make your own minion play-doh party favors (the home made play-doh was more natural - in terms of ingredients) than the cupcakes - that's a win.
Then on her actual birthday she got to have a sleepover with Cousin Blair. Look at them in their matching outfits!
And matching PJs. Aunt Mel sure knows how to do birthdays.
