The remaining Jan & Feb hodge-podge.
This chair was a gift from my mom for Owen's nursery (remember - we didn't find out if he was a boy or girl). Its been in every nursery we've had and more recently in the girl's room. But we've outgrown it. Can't sit and read to any more than one kid at a time and even that was tight...so it was time to let it go. Sold it to a friend of a friend who was expecting her first baby. Sad to see it go. Had to get a pic of all my big kids on it. ;(

Made a bunch of little s'more kits (metal bucket, rocks, sterno flames) for women's gathering with a bunch of gals from church. Those things burn forever and we had a lot of extra s'more ingredients so we had another evening of s'more making with neighbors - Rebecca and a few of the others just used the time to practice lighting marshmallows on fire.

How we wrap presents for friends' birthdays. I only buy white paper now. I write the letters, they color them in. Rebecca's for Francie included a tea cup hat since it was a tea party.

This will get a post all of its own at some point - our first kickball practice. The girls are on the same team (its for 4-6 year olds, which is what sold us on the league, at least for this year). They are...wait for it...THE RAINBOW UNICORNS. This team name is so awesome there can't possibly be any other good team names left for all of the other little girls - so sad. Coach Tom is a veteran, and its a good thing because its like herding cute little pink/purple cats in the middle of a sandbox.
Will have to get some actual pics of her sweet face - but this is Sam - hard at work doing her artistic thing. She has lived with us since right after Christmas. She was an Intern at IF last year and is a good friend. She's super talented and its been really fun to have her live with us the past couple of months. Check out her stuff at pedrazadesigns.com.
And lastly - this was actually in March - our first First Friday Happy Hour in the neighborhood for spring 2016. At Will & Katie's house. Great turnout - old regulars, new faces, TONS of kids. Such a fun evening in our great little neighborhood.
