Just heard back from the data-recovery company we sent our hard drive too...looks like they were able to recover ALL of our data, pictures included! (Sigh of relief!) Money spent. Lesson learned. Big smile. :)
Random question to others who use Blogger: Are you able to upload videos these days? My "compose new post" screen does not have a "video upload" icon anymore...thoughts?

I'm glad you got your data back. We just got a new computer last month, so now your experience makes me want to back things up even though I trust this one!
