Owen completed the rigorous pre-Navy Seal swim training program affectionately known among Austin moms as "Mrs. Cathy's"...For a guy who would hardly put his face in the water to blow bubbles the progress he made in 8 1/2 hour lessons is staggering. Take note: her methods are not for the faint of heart...but Owen is now voluntarily swimming UNDER the water to retrieve his "dive sticks" from the (shallow) bottom of the swimming pool...
